1. Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start the return process, please contact us at readerzpakistan@gmail.com
To be eligible for a return:
· Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
· You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or transaction details).
Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will get in touch to guide you through the process.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at readerzpakistan@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and work to make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
· Custom Products: Any special orders or personalized books/stationery (like engraved or custom printed materials).
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us for clarification before making a purchase.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, the fastest way to get the item you want is:
1. Return the unwanted item according to our return policy.
2. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please note that:

· If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will arrange the refund through bank transfer or another suitable method.
