We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all books and educational materials. However, there may be occasional errors in pricing or availability. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately.

2. Ordering and Payment:
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Payment must be made at the time of order delivery (COD) or in advance by Bank Transfer, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

3. Delivery:
Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. For Karachi, it may take 1–2 days; outside Karachi may take up to 7 days.

4. Returns and Refunds:

1. What is your return policy for books?

Books can only be returned if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

2. Can I return stationery?

Stationery kits are non-returnable, unless they are part of a book order and unused.
3. How do I request a refund for a returned item?

Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned items. If the return is approved, COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or another suitable method.
4. How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery within Karachi for orders above PKR 3,000. For outstation orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
5. Is my payment information safe?

We are accepting COD or the bank transfer at present. Hence there is no safety issues.
6. Will my personal information be shared with third parties?

We value your privacy. Your information will only be shared with third parties for order fulfillment purposes. We do not sell your data.
